Fried milk is a traditional Easter dessert that wins over palates year after year with its smooth texture and sweet flavour. From The Miracle<\/a><\/strong> We don't want anyone to miss out on trying this delight, which is why in this blog we'll show you how to prepare a gluten-free version, which is in no way inferior to the original. What's more, fried milk is very easy to prepare and won't take up much of your time. Take note and surprise your friends and family this holiday season!<\/p>\n

Ingredients (4 people):<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  • 1 litre of milk<\/li>\n
  • 100 grams of cornflour or gluten-free flour<\/li>\n
  • 120 grams of sugar<\/li>\n
  • 1 lemon<\/li>\n
  • 1 cinnamon stick<\/li>\n
  • 2 XL eggs<\/li>\n
  • Coating flour<\/li>\n
  • Coating sugar<\/li>\n
  • Ground cinnamon<\/li>\n
  • Cooking oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Step by step<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    • To begin,\u00a0Reserve 200 ml from the litre of milk. <\/strong>Pour the rest into a saucepan with a stick of\u00a0cinnamon and a strip of lemon peel<\/strong>. Next, add over a medium heat and let it warm slowly so the milk infuses with the flavours. When the milk starts to boil, turn off the heat and let it steep for about\u00a015\/20 minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Beat the eggs and in a bowl add the sugar and cornflour.<\/strong> Add the milk you set aside and stir well until the mixture is completely dissolved to avoid lumps.<\/li>\n
    • Take the container to the fire<\/strong> and with the help of a manual rod, Start stirring <\/strong>the cream <\/strong>until it thickens completely<\/strong>. Tip: when it's difficult to remove and starts to peel away from the walls, it will be ready.<\/li>\n
    • Arrange the dough in a greased, deep rectangular dish. Cover it with cling film and let it cool <\/strong>minimum 2 hours to set.<\/li>\n
    • Once cool, cut the dough in portions<\/strong>, then pass them through the gluten-free flour and beaten egg, and\u00a0fry them in a\u00a0<\/strong>frying pan\u00a0with oil<\/strong>\u00a0and 2 pieces of lime peel.<\/li>\n
    • Finally, mix 1 tablespoon of\u00a0Ground cinnamon <\/strong>Or sugar<\/strong>\u00a0to taste and sprinkle the\u00a0pieces of\u00a0<\/strong>Fried milk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
