But at El Miracle, one day isn't enough for us, which is why we're celebrating Coeliac Disease Awareness Month with numerous events, activities, and workshops. We want to raise awareness and support all coeliac individuals, demonstrating that they can enjoy food without worry and without giving up on fun. We're offering a unique opportunity to learn how to make your own gluten-free fresh pasta, guided by the talented professional chef Marianna Mastropasqua, manager of the Marymont bakery.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop will be held on Tuesday 7th May from 18:00 to 20:30 at our restaurant, located at C\/Campoamor 42 in Valencia.
