We celebrated the last event of Coeliac Month 2024 with a spectacular dinner in collaboration with the Coeliac Association of the Valencian Community (ACECOVA). This event was the perfect grand finale to conclude a month full of activities and awareness about coeliac disease.<\/p>\n<p>The evening began with an interesting talk given by ACECOVA, where our guests received valuable tools to improve the gluten-free lives of people with coeliac disease. She explained El Miracle\u2019s firm commitment to coeliac disease by offering a 100% menu that is free from gluten and cross-contamination. Hiba shared how the team has worked over the years to implement rigorous safety and quality controls across all its processes. Her aim is simply to provide a safe and delicious culinary experience, as well as to support and raise awareness amongst the public about coeliac disease and its symptoms.<\/p>\n<p>After the talk, the moment we\u2019d all been waiting for arrived: dinner. We enjoyed a special menu consisting of a falafel platter, Argentinian-style empanadas, causa lime\u00f1a, criolla-style entre\u00f1a and, for dessert, leche frita \u2013 all 100% gluten-free.
