Extradigestive symptoms include anaemia, depression, miscarriage, cramps, migraines, chronic fatigue, bone or muscle pain and arthritis, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Non-coeliac gluten sensitivity is increasingly present in society, characterised by gluten-dependent digestive and extra-digestive symptoms that manifest in patients with negative coeliac disease test results.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the symptoms are the same as those of coeliac individuals, despite generally not finding positive results during diagnostic tests.<\/p>\n<p>It is now more common to find people who, despite having digestive and non-digestive symptoms associated with gluten, experience a significant improvement when they remove it from their diet.
