Ogni piatto, senza glutine e pieno di sapore, \u00e8 stato accompagnato da un vino che ne ha esaltato le sfumature e le consistenze, creando una sinfonia di aromi e gusti. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/C7EayDuN0LV\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&amp;igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==\">Qui puoi vedere un riassunto dell'evento.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Il menu della serata comprendeva:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salmone marinato abbinato a Bobal Dulce: un connubio perfetto che ha esaltato la freschezza del salmone con la dolcezza del vino.<\/li>\n<li>Steak tartare di agnello abbinato a Bobal Blanco 36 mesi: i sapori intensi dell'agnello si sono meravigliosamente equilibrati con la complessit\u00e0 del Bobal Blanco.<\/li>\n<li>Crocchetta di cecina di Le\u00f3n abbinata a Ceramic Monastrell: una delizia croccante e saporita, esaltata dal carattere robusto del Monastrell.<\/li>\n<li>Pepito de Buey de Vall\u00e9s abbinato a Clos de Gallur: un abbinamento che ha unito la succulenza del bue all'eleganza del Clos de Gallur.<\/li>\n<li>Mini cannoli al cocco e lime abbinati a Bobal Dulce: il tocco finale perfetto per la serata, dove si incontrano freschezza e
