English Miracle We understand cooking as a universal language: a way of telling stories and building bridges between different backgrounds. Therefore, on the occasion of Cultural Diversity Week, We want to pay homage to the dishes that, from different traditions, build our culinary identity. The Miracle menu is, in essence, a dialogue between cultures: recipes that cross oceans, reinterpret local heritage, and demonstrate that cooking is, above all, a common language. Our proposal is, moreover, 100 % gluten-free and suitable for coeliacs, because we believe that the pleasure of eating well should be inclusive and accessible for all.

🥙 Tdippers An interpretation of the Mediterranean and the Middle East. The hummus and the Aubergine dipOuch they evoke the flavours of Syria; the avocado brings the Latin nuance; and the corn totopos connect us to Mexico. All of this is seasoned with sun-dried tomato oil, a nod to the Italian region of Tuscany.
🥔 Limeño Cause A Peruvian culinary classic: Citrus mashed potato, chicken marinated with Syrian spices, avocado and pico de gallo are combined with a black olive powder that adds a Mediterranean touch.
🧆 Falafel Miracle's homemade falafel honours Syrian heritage with hummus, tahini sauce, and freshly baked bread.
