We recently welcomed VIVA RTV to El Miracle. We're sharing the interview they conducted with us, in which we explain our way of cooking and working.

In our restaurant, all dishes are homemade and gluten-free, meaning there is no risk of cross-contamination. In other words, anyone, whether they have coeliac disease or not, can enjoy the food without worry, as no gluten enters the restaurant.

At El Miracle, we offer a wide range of fusion dishes inspired by home-style cuisine from around the world, all 100% gluten-free, with vegan and vegetarian options. Some of the starters most popular with our customers are layered tomatoes with homemade basil oil and Lima-style causa, whilst skirt steak with homemade chimichurri sauce is one of our most popular main courses.

  Celiac disease is diagnosed through a combination of blood tests and an intestinal biopsy. Blood tests look for specific antibodies that the body produces in response to gluten. If these antibody levels are high, an intestinal biopsy is usually recommended to confirm the diagnosis.
