Batch cooking is the perfect solution for those looking to save time, stay healthy, and avoid kitchen stress. We'll help you prepare your gluten-free weekly menus. It's time to turn your kitchen into a laboratory! Safe and healthy flavours!

Discover the art of batch cooking

Batch cooking is a strategy that involves preparing large quantities of food in one session, usually at the weekend, to have several meals ready throughout the week. This not only optimises time in the kitchen but also helps maintain a balanced and varied diet. And it has multiple benefits!

1. Economic savings. Planning and cooking in advance allows you to buy only what you need, avoiding food waste.

2. Balanced nutrition. This technique ensures a varied and nutritious diet tailored to your gluten-free needs. By having prepared meals, you also avoid resorting to quick, ultra-processed options.

3. Total control over ingredients. Cooking in large quantities allows you to safely select and use gluten-free ingredients, avoiding any risk of cross-contamination.

4. Convenience and versatility. Enjoy meals ready to take away or eat at home, adapted to your gluten-free diet.

Essential tips

To do it correctly, we'll give you some essential tips. Let's cook smart and gluten-free!

1. Detailed planning. Design a weekly gluten-free menu. Verify that all products, including spices and sauces, are certified gluten-free.

2. Shop smart. Taking the menu into account, buy the necessary ingredients, paying attention to the expiry dates.

3. Efficient preparation. Cook base ingredients in large quantities. This allows for versatile components to be ready for use in multiple recipes throughout the week.

4. Labelling and storage. Label all containers with the date and contents for easy identification. Store meals in the refrigerator or, where possible, in the freezer in individual portions, ensuring food is well-sealed to prevent cross-contamination.
