Coeliac Disease Awareness Day: Understand our commitment to coeliac disease

To mark International Coeliac Disease Day, here at El Miracle restaurant we would like to highlight our commitment to supporting those with coeliac disease and to offering a 100% menu that is free from gluten and cross-contamination. That is why, right from the start, we have worked to implement rigorous safety and quality controls across all our processes. Our aim is to provide a safe and delicious dining experience, as well as to raise public awareness of coeliac disease and its symptoms, emphasising the importance of early detection and timely treatment.

To guarantee the safety of our gluten-free dishes, we comply with all of these processes:

Commitment in processes

We ask suppliers for the technical data sheets of each raw material we use, and our team has strict rules in place to prevent cross-contamination. To achieve this, we ensure that no food from outside the restaurant that may contain gluten is brought in.

Control commitment

Every 6 months, we carry out an analysis at an independent laboratory accredited by ACECOVA, where the assembled dish is evaluated to ensure that the entire process of receiving merchandise, preparation, and service complies with the current European Regulation (EU) No 828 and is gluten-free.

Commitment to enjoying the experience

At El Miracle, we believe in price equality and the accessibility of gluten-free food for everyone. Therefore, we do not charge extra for offering gluten-free dishes and we strive to maintain affordable prices for all people, whether coeliac or not. Furthermore, having homemade, tasty, and gluten-free food is what allows everyone to share and live the experience.

Here you can see how the news bulletins of À Punt TV reported on the rigorous safety checks to which we subject our gluten-free dishes:

But our commitment goes beyond food safety. We want both coeliacs and non-coeliacs to enjoy the experience of sharing tasty, rich, and homemade quality dishes. That's why we offer 3 different types of menus, also for other types of intolerances.

English The Miracle, We are committed to coeliac disease and gluten-free food because we believe everyone deserves to enjoy a limitless culinary experience. Come and visit us!
