Yesterday we experienced an unforgettable evening at El Miracle! To mark Coeliac Disease Awareness Day, we enjoyed a unique gastronomic experience with a gluten-free dinner and wine pairing. It was the second event we held this month in honour of coeliac awareness month and it was a resounding success.
The attendees enjoyed 4 exquisite gluten-free dishes and a delicious dessert, all paired with wines selected by Spain's best sommelier, Maximiliano Bao, Brand Ambassador for Bodegas Vicente Gandía. Each gluten-free and flavourful dish was accompanied by a wine that enhanced its nuances and textures, creating a symphony of aromas and tastes. Here you can see a summary of the event.
The evening menu included:
- Marinated salmon paired with Bobal Dulce: A perfect combination that highlighted the freshness of the salmon with the sweetness of the wine.
- Lamb tartar paired with 36-month-aged Bobal Blanco: The intense flavours of the lamb were wonderfully balanced by the complexity of the Bobal Blanco.
- Cecina de León croquette paired with Ceramic Monastrell: A crispy and flavourful delight, enhanced by the robust character of the Monastrell.
- Pepito de Buey de Vallés paired with Clos de Gallur: A pairing that combined the juiciness of the ox with the elegance of Clos de Gallur.
- Mini coconut and lime cannoli paired with Bobal Dulce: The perfect finishing touch to the evening, where freshness and sweetness met.
