Coeliac Disease Awareness Day is celebrated on 12th May.

May is a significant month for people suffering from Coeliac Disease. Until now, May 27th was the date on which Coeliac Disease Day was celebrated in Spain, but this is going to change starting this 2023.

The Federation of Spanish Celiac Associations (FACE) and its federated associations are joining the rest of the European, American and Australian associations from this year to celebrate Coeliac Disease Day on May 16th. The objective, according to FACE, is to join forces worldwide so that the coeliac community is heard more. In other words, this new date will not entail any changes to the activities that have been carried out each May, nor to the demands made by FACE.

Similarly, at EL MIRACLE we will also continue to celebrate May with the same intensity, offering a wide range of activities that demonstrate that you can enjoy food without worries despite coeliac disease.
