Since its arrival on the Celicidad Ranking, El Miracle has consistently occupied the top positions. This restaurant 100% gluten-free, the first in the Valencian Community to be accredited by the Association of Coeliacs of the Valencian Community (ACECOVA), has managed to win over coeliac and non-coeliac customers from all over the country with its Gastronomic proposal that merges the Mediterranean cuisine with Syrian touches.
